I sell technology, but the job is really about listening.

I'm Ronit Sriwastav — an IT Sales Manager at NSW IT Support, working out of our Sydney CBD and Parramatta offices. The last five years have been spent helping businesses across New South Wales work out what they actually need from technology, and then making sure they get it.

Most of my clients are small to mid-sized businesses juggling growth, compliance, and a tangle of legacy systems. My job is to cut through that noise. I scope problems properly, recommend solutions our team can genuinely deliver, and stay involved well past the contract signing — because that's where most IT relationships fall down.

Outside the sales cycle, I'm the person clients call when something's broken, something needs replacing, or they're not sure who to ask. That's the part I like most.

The approach

Technology should make growth feel boring, not stressful. Good IT disappears into the background — your team gets on with the work, and the systems behind them just keep up.

Three things, every engagement.

  1. i.

    Solve complex tech problems

Every business has a knot of legacy software, half-finished migrations, and tools that don't talk to each other. I sit with the people who use them, work out what's actually causing friction, and design a solution that fits the budget and the team.

  2. ii.

    Help businesses grow

Good IT should make growth feel boring, not stressful. I focus on infrastructure and workflows that scale quietly — so when you double your team, hire offshore, or open a second site, the tech keeps up instead of slowing you down.

  3. iii.

    Stay involved after the sale

I don't disappear once the contract is signed. I stay the point of contact for escalations, reviews, and the awkward "is this still the right setup?" conversations every business needs to have every couple of years.

What I help clients with at NSW IT Support.

My day job is matching the right services to each business — these are the areas I scope, sell, and stay involved with most often.

01

Managed IT services

End-to-end IT operations — monitoring, helpdesk, patching, and proactive maintenance for businesses without an in-house IT team.

02

Telecom & VoIP

Business phone systems, internet, and connectivity — including multi-site setups and remote-team configurations across NSW.

03

Cyber security

Managed detection & response, firewall & endpoint protection, and security posture reviews for SMBs that are real targets but rarely defended properly.

04

IT compliance

Assessments, audits, and ongoing support for compliance frameworks — especially useful for healthcare, NDIS, and financial-services clients.

05

Cloud & Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 deployments, migrations off legacy on-prem servers, and cloud-first setups for teams that need to work from anywhere.

06

Procurement & deployment

Sourcing the right hardware, software, and licensing — then configuring, deploying, and supporting it so nothing arrives in a box and stays there.

Services delivered by the team at NSW IT Support. I'm the person you'll talk to first.

Five years in the room with clients, and a foundation in IT before that.

A combination of formal IT qualifications and hands-on sales experience — enough technical depth to scope a solution honestly, and enough sales experience to keep the project moving once it's signed.
